Privacy notice
How we use your information.
Updated 11 September 2026. This notice covers enquiries and use of the erpence website.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, email and enquiry type. You may also provide a phone number, location, current or target system, timing, project scope and other details. We use this information to respond, prepare the initial discussion and manage any subsequent assessment or working relationship.
How you found us
We record the page where your visit began, the referring website when available and campaign tags from links. The website keeps these details in browser session storage and attaches them to your enquiry so we can understand which pages and campaigns produce useful conversations. This attribution record does not include the referring page's path or query string.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics on the public website to understand page visits and the enquiry journey, including clicks on our email links and, when the form is available, form starts, submission attempts, errors and confirmed submissions. An email-link click does not tell us whether a message was sent. Google Analytics can use cookies and process device, browser and technical connection information. Our enquiry events do not include the name, email, phone number, company or project description entered in the form.
You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings or use Google's analytics opt-out tools. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from emailing us or submitting an enquiry. Learn more in Google's privacy policy.
Service providers and access
New enquiry records are stored in Microsoft Azure PostgreSQL, and Azure Communication Services sends an internal notification to our team. We keep delivery status and a hashed connection address to limit spam and troubleshoot delivery. Google provides the website analytics service, and hosting providers process the technical requests needed to deliver the website. These services may process information outside your country. See Microsoft's privacy statement for information about its services.
Public visitors cannot browse enquiry records through the form. Information is used for handling enquiries, managing work and understanding website performance.
Retention and your requests
We keep enquiry information as needed to respond, manage the working relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion, or request that we stop follow-up, by emailing info@erpence.com. We may need to confirm your identity before handling a request.
